Cytokine release after Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infection

Time-course of A549 cell viability and cytotoxicity (LDH release) following hRSV infection.

A549 cells were infected with hRSV (3 MOIs). Viability was measured by CellTiterGlo® assay at days 1, 2, 3, and 9 vs uninfected control, in technical triplicates. % LDH release was measured by LDH-GLO® assay at days 3, 5, and 7 post infection relative to Triton X-100 positive control, in technical triplicates.
