NETosis Assay
Cellomatics offers an established in vitro assay for measuring NETosis using primary neutrophils isolated from a large pool of volunteers. Stimulatory or inhibitory effects of test therapeutic compounds can be reliably measured, customising NETosis stimulants, dose-concentrations and measurement timepoints to best suit research interest.
