Nintedanib modulates cytokine release in fibrotic-donor PCLS under fibrotic stimulation.

Fibrotic-donor PCLS were treated with Nintedanib ± fibrotic cocktail (48 h), and supernatant inflammatory markers were measured by Luminex Assay; n=1 (Stats: one-way ANOVA; n as stated; mean ± SEM; *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001)

Gene expression

Nintedanib alters fibrotic gene expression in fibrotic-donor PCLS.

PCLS (fibrotic donor) were treated with Nintedanib ± fibrotic cocktail and gene expression analysed (n=1) (Stats: one-way ANOVA; n as stated; mean ± SEM; *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001).
