Translational Human Preclinical Models

Cellomatics has been developing ‘Translational Human Preclinical Models’ that are advanced in vitro experimental platforms engineered to recapitulate human physiology, disease pathophysiology, and pharmacological responses. These systems, encompassing primary human cells, induced pluripotent stem cell-derived models, organoids and three-dimensional co-culture systems, offer enhanced predictive validity compared to conventional animal models.

By incorporating human-specific biological contexts, these models improve the translatability of preclinical data, facilitating more accurate evaluations of therapeutic efficacy, safety profiles, and potential toxicities, thereby increasing the probability of successful clinical translation in drug development and mitigating late-stage clinical failures in drug development
