Immune Cell Killing Assay
Natural killer cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) perform complementary roles in immune responses directed against viruses and tumours. This highly customisable co-culture model offers the ability to test compounds for their immunostimulatory or inhibitory effects with a large array of possible readout options. Cellomatics also offers the use of freshly isolated immune cell subsets, reducing the risk of pre-stimulatory cell exhaustion and loss of cell viability due to prolonged storage and cryopreservation.
