Immun-oncology Models

Direct Cell Killing Assay

Direct cell killing is one of the mechanisms of action of monoclonal antibody therapies, a major development in the immuno-oncology space. The direct cell killing in vitro assay is a predictive tool for test therapeutic and/or antibody mediated cancer cell death. The assay provides precise control over variables such as cell type and test drug or antibody concentration, offering reproducible data for comparison across different conditions.
