Antibody-Dependent Cellular Phagocytosis (ADCP) Assay
ADCP is an immunological mechanism to eliminate antibody-opsonised target cells, which activate FcγRs on the surface of monocytes/macrophages or engineered immune cells to induce phagocytosis. This results in the internalization and degradation of the target cells, offering a protective mechanism against foreign pathogens such as viruses and bacteria. At Cellomatics, we offer bespoke ADCP assays using isolated primary immune cells of interest from multiple donors or engineered immune cell lines to be able to assess the activity of proprietary therapeutic antibodies.
