Cellomatics CEO and Founder Dr Shailendra Singh was joined by team members Dr Lara De Tomasi, Dr Eleni Birli, Dr Katie Hudson and Dr Emma Barker at the Medilink Midlands Business Awards 2024, where Cellomatics was presented with the Export Achievement Award. 
The Export Achievement Award was sponsored by JensonR+ and Cellomatics was up against several large organisations; Addfield Environmental Systems, BioCare and Salts Healthcare.
The Medilink Midlands Business Awards are an annual award ceremony for life sciences companies across the Midlands and are an opportunity for the region to come together and celebrate its achievements.
The black-tie award ceremony took place on 9 May at Athena, Leicester and was hosted by Medilink Midlands Entrepreneur in Residence Christian Kumar. It provided valuable networking opportunities throughout the evening as well as entertainment and speeches from members of the Medilink team.
Commenting on the evening, Shailendra said: “I am extremely proud and delighted to accept this award on behalf of the Cellomatics team. This award win is a testament to the hard work and tireless efforts of the Cellomatics staff. We have previously been shortlisted in this category but winning the award showcases our continued expansion and the overseas success we have achieved.

As winners of the Medilink Midlands Business Awards, Cellomatics will be entered into the Medilink UK National Awards, taking place on 11 July in London.
