We are thrilled to announce that Cellomatics CEO and Founder Shailendra Singh has been shortlisted for the East Midlands Boardroom Awards 2026, within the category of Scale-up Entrepreneur of the Year.
The recognitions will take place on Thursday 19 March and will include a fireside chat with John Rooney, COO of the Nasmyth Group, who will share insight into leading and scaling complex organisations, navigating transformation, and decision-making at board and executive level. This will be followed by afternoon tea and a formal recognition of this year’s shortlisted entrepreneurs.
Shailendra has been shortlisted for scale-up excellence in a category that recognises founders who have navigated the transitions of scaling a business successfully and have built organisations capable of sustained momentum. Scaling a business demands operational maturity, leadership depth, cultural clarity and strategic discipline and Shailendra is delighted to be recognised for his work on building and scaling Cellomatics into the successful company it is today.
